So I gave Strike Gold by Rival a go, and let me tell you, it's like finding a rusty penny instead of striking gold. Graphic wise, I don’t have nice things to say… I mean I was dealing with pixelated symbols and lackluster animations, so you can imagine my disappointment.

And the features? Don't even get me started. It's as basic as a microwave manual. You've got your basic wilds and scatters, but nothing that really makes you sit up and take notice. The gameplay? Predictable. It's like Rival took a template and slapped some gold paint on it, hoping no one would notice the lack of innovation. The reels spin, you might win a little, but there's no real thrill or anticipation. It's like the developers took the fun out of gambling and left us with a virtual snoozefest.

To top it all off, the paytable is about as generous as a Scrooge on Christmas. You're better off hunting for loose change in your couch cushions than hoping for a decent payout in this game.
