Mad Hit Ho Ho Hot Pudding: Bake The Best Christmas Pie and Cookies for Up to 1,000x Wins

Mad Hit Ho Ho Hot Pudding by RubyPlay is a Christmas-themed classic slot built around the Mad Hit mechanic, instant prizes, and a max win of 1,000x your bet. I tested this festive setup expecting quick action and sweet cookies, and this is what I got!

The game runs on a 3-reel, 3-row grid with 5 fixed paylines. Visually, it leans hard into the holiday setup, snowfall, warm lights, cookies, and a cozy winter village backdrop. It looks cheerful and polished, but under the festive wrapping sits a surprisingly tense and restrictive payout structure.

During my session, my wins usually landed between 4x and 16x my bet. Having said that, do not count your chickens yet. I was hitting a win only once every 8-9 spins, which slowly drained my balance. Wild symbols showed up fairly often, but frustratingly, they rarely landed on active paylines, which made them more decorative than useful.

The core mechanic here is the Mad Hit feature. It only appears on the second reel, while gold coin symbols must land on the remaining reels to unlock prizes. Landing a gold coin on just one reel still pays its value, and I managed to pull a 12x win that way once. 

However, lining up coins across reels to trigger the bonus round proved far more difficult than expected. Since the bonus refused to land naturally, I went for the bonus buy at 50x my bet. That decision backfired. One round paid just 3x my bet, another returned 19x my bet. I was utterly disappointed, especially considering the cost. 

Overall, Mad Hit Ho Ho Hot Pudding did a marvelous job on visuals, but struggles where it matters most: payout consistency. While it advertises a 1,000x max win, reaching anything close to that felt unrealistic during my playthrough.

If you have a strong bankroll and the patience to wait through long dry spells, you might want to give it a shot. Otherwise, there are far more rewarding Mad Hit slots available in the market.

game ok, kinda slow at times

game ok, kinda slow at times. hit the mad hit a couple times but only got $25 and $40. graphics cute tho, some fun with the respins but nothing huge.
