Thai HiLo: Try Your Luck at This Exciting Dice Game

Thai HiLo from SimplePlay is a game of sic bo, where you bet on the outcome of three dice being rolled. It’s a simple game with various betting options available; in fact, there are 36 in total. These include lo (total of 3-10), high (total of 12-18), and hi-lo (total of 11), along with numbers 1-6 and various combinations of two or even three numbers.

When playing Thai HiLo, I was impressed by the game’s design. It runs just like a typical live dealer game, except that the croupier is entirely digital. She looks quite realistic and acts like a normal croupier would, which adds to the game’s immersion. The game had two modes: Casual, with bet options ranging from 1 to 100 credits; and Novice, where I could bet with 2 to 200 credits. For my playthrough, I stuck with the Casual option, which was still perfectly enjoyable. 

To the left of the screen were the results of the previous 12 rounds, plus stats showing the percentage of Hi, Lo, and 11 outcomes, and the percentage of times each number came up. These were helpful, of course, but they couldn’t be used to make accurate predictions as anything could happen, and each roll was independent of all others.

Since there were 36 bet options in total, I decided to try lots of them out during my playthrough. Sometimes I was unlucky; sometimes, I won a few of the bets I’d placed. My general strategy was to pick a safe bet (hi or lo) and at least one other riskier bet. 

I enjoyed the game a lot and thought its design was pretty good overall. Having tried it out, I would gladly recommend it to others, especially those who are fans of dice games. Before playing it, I suggest trying it for free and getting used to all the many betting options.
