Krakens Catch Slot Review & Free Play

Kraken's Catch: Below the Surface of a 5,000x Hunt

Kraken’s Catch by Stakelogic pulls you under with calm waters that hide serious potential. Fish glide across 5 reels and 15 paylines with values from 1x to 1000x, while Wild symbols appear on all reels, substituting for any pay symbol and paying up to 4x your bet for five of a kind. With 95.97% RTP and high volatility, it’s a slow burn toward a 5,000x max win.

The first few spins barely stirred the surface. Fish showed up often, but Fishermen stayed rare. Most wins floated between 1x and 3x my bet, though one round brought a Fisherman who collected three Fish for 10x total.

The Eye of the Kraken on reel five occasionally activated, scooping visible Fish and Fishermen for quick totals between 4x and 12x my bet.

Three Scatters finally triggered the Bonus, offering a choice: one-spin chaos with everything on screen or the slower Free Spins route. I went with Free Spins to test the progression. The round begins with 10 spins and a x1 multiplier.

Furthermore, every Fisherman collects Fish and advances the progress bar, granting upgrades after four appearances. Each upgrade adds spins and raises the global multiplier, up to x5 at the final stage.

My run saw eight extra spins at x2, then six more at x3. One Fisherman came with his own x3 multiplier, applied before the global one. The round closed at 92x my bet, easily the highlight of my session.

The Eye of the Deep bonus offers the riskier path, filling the grid with only Fish, Fishermen, and a guaranteed Kraken Eye on reel five. It collects everything visible in a single sweep and can deliver the slot’s most dramatic hits.

Super Stake adds 0.50x to each spin, doubling Scatter odds without changing payouts. Both bonus buys cost 100x, with RTPs around 93.9%.

Kraken’s Catch rewards patience. Its layered mechanics, multipliers, and collection system can build genuine tension, but the base play often drifts until the features finally surface.
