A Western tomb explorer serves as the highest-paying symbol (maximum of 500X). Other valuable symbols are the curving of the pharaoh, a green beetle, and the priest’s wand. The Book of Secrets is covered in gold and is the scattered wild in the game. 

I was impressed with the overall theme and game design. The soundtrack also gave me the feeling of sailing the Nile in the prosperous age of Egypt. It can easily be adapted into an Ancient Egyptian documentary.  

A great design isn’t all you’ll get in this slot. I was deeply immersed in its free spins feature. When it is triggered, you’ll be transported to a river that runs between two polished pyramids. A random symbol is chosen at this point and acts as an expanding wild during the bonus game. Although the 10 free spins may not be impressive, you’ll be able to retrigger even more spins. In my opinion, the biggest wins lie in the free spins bonus. 

No, on to the gamble feature. I liked how it’s played in a pristine Egyptian courtyard, with two dark pyramids standing in the backdrop. Like with other Synot Games creations, you’ll simply have to pick between two cards (red or black). You’ll get 10 attempts, but any failed one will end the bonus round. 

Overall, this ranks as one of my best Egyptian-themed slots. The graphics are amazing, and the developer was very consistent with the theme. I was also impressed with the free spins bonus as it proved to be lucrative.
