Time to roll my first dice of 2026, and SYNOT Games made it colorful. Dice Gold 243 throws out traditional slot symbols entirely and fills the grid with nothing but dice. Blue, green, purple, yellow, orange, brown, plus a few special ones. 

The specific number in the name of this slot comes from the 243 ways to win system running across a 5x3 layout. Along with 96.01% RTP and 1,000x max win potential, let’s see how this one plays.

If you manage to match three or more dice of the same color starting from the left, you'll be paid. There are no complicated paylines to memorize, just colors connecting across adjacent reels. Simple enough. Now, the special symbols. Wild substitutes for all regular dice and helps complete combinations. Double Wild does the same but throws a x2 multiplier. 

Mystery Symbol works differently, though, when three or more land on a way, they pay a random amount from the paytable and block all regular wins for that spin. So it's either Mystery pays or regular dice pay, never both.

Wins landed between 0.8x and 2x my stake for most of the session, with yellows and purple dice showing up a bit more than others. Then a Double Wild dropped into a five-dice purple line and pushed it to 28x my stake.

A few spins later, Mystery Symbols decided to pay out 42x from nowhere. The real moment came when two Double Wilds appeared in the same combination, and suddenly, a 58x payout was sitting in the win box. That one caught me off guard.

Oh, and there's a Gamble feature. Guess the card color, double your win. Guess wrong, lose it all. You can even halve your bet to play safer, and they give you up to 10 attempts per round. I stayed away from it this time, but it's there if you're into that.
