The game comes with a 3x5 grid which sits against two ancient pillars and golden statues of Anubis and Horus flanking it. During my session, it took 8 to 10 spins to land winning combos on the 9 paylines. However, each combo results in shattering of the winning symbols and an increase in the win multiplier up to 4x.

Due to this base game feature, my payouts were never lower than 1.5x. From time to time, I shattered symbols thrice and got a 3x multiplier which made the payouts as high as 18x.

The other feature that I enjoyed in the game was the free spins bonus, which is activated by landing at least three book symbols. You get 10 free spins during which a random symbol is picked to expand on the reels. However, I never had any special experience with the free spins. My payouts from the feature fell within 15x to 19x.

Apart from the shattering symbols and free spins game, there are no other features in this slot. The shattering symbol multipliers are my favorite aspects of this game as they ensure base game wins are never low. While I expected more from the free spins, the payouts are still decent and can boost your wins. Overall, the slot offers relaxing gameplay and decent payouts, which makes it worth trying.

Did not expect those wins

first I thought that will be a megaways and then got blasted away by the wins lol and it is not even a megaways lol more exactly 9 lines hmmm I think it gives some decent pay since I always got x2 my bet or x1.25 but i cannot be sure need to play more

this reminds me of book of Ra so this is a sequel or what either way great game with a great bonus feature I love it and I hope i will have this luck at a real casino as well and perhaps win a jackpot

Went better than expected

Ah, 'The Secret of Ba' might not have hit the biggest jackpot for me, but I still got a big payday out of it. Sure, I was hoping for a bit more excitement and a bigger win, but hey, you win some, you lose some, right? Looking forward to seeing what Tom Horn Gaming has up their sleeve for their next release!
