I decided to give it a spin to see if this simple slot might suit your classic slot gaming fix. Here’s how my session went. 

A small 3x3 grid greeted me in the main game with a medium-high volatility setting and five paylines. Wins on multiple paylines are possible so landing matching symbols on multiple reels is the way to go. Despite the small grid which has to house eight paying symbols, I was making wins every 3 to 5 spins with payouts coming in between 2x to 5x my bet. 

Landing stacks of fruits got me wins on two paylines which were between 6x to 10x my bet. These wins kept my bankroll going for a while but with a lack of any features or a bonus game, the gameplay loop becomes boring pretty quickly. I would have enjoyed a re-spin mechanic or a few jackpots thrown in to make the game worthwhile for longer sessions or repeat playthroughs. 

I couldn’t fill the grid with 9 matching symbols but the 5x multiplier that follows is a useful feature considering the high symbol payouts available. Overall, the 3 Hot Fruits slot by Triple Cherry felt too basic for my taste. If you’re after the nostalgic vibes or want a straightforward slot to pass the time it might be worth giving it a few spins.
