It does not surprise me that Triple Cherry pulled out a stunning underwater world for this one. Therefore, let’s see how Poseidon’s Treasure performed, as we dive deep into sunken Atlantis ruins with fish swimming past marble columns and teal water covering everything.

The five-reel, three-row grid floats inside a golden frame between those columns, and at 97.51% RTP with medium-high volatility, I helplessly hoped for the wins to come in waves. 

At the top of the paytable, we have Poseidon and what I think is Amphitrite, with ancient vases and seahorses as the other high-paying symbols.

My base game relied on seahorses grouping for a bit above 2x the bet, mostly, and royals connecting around 0.6x my bet. Every 10 to 15 spins, Poseidon helped to push those returns up to 6x the stake. The Trident Wild linked mermaids once or twice, and paid likewise.

But those moments were scattered, and my balance slowly drifted down.

The only opening I saw to not drown in the forgotten city was the Bonus Buy. My pessimistic hypothesis turned out to be correct. I could not save this session. Three temple Bonus symbols on the middle reels trigger Free Spins, where the grid sinks deeper into a coral reef with jellyfish floating past.

Overall, something about this slot clicked for me, despite a weak session. It is simple, it looks great, and I would honestly play it again.
