Always Hot Cubes tries to add more spice to the traditional classic slot experience. In essence, the game is as simple as they come. The flames in the background are quite poorly drawn (likely intentionally), and the variety of symbols isn’t all that interesting. The main ones are the dice icons, which are numbered from 1 to 6. The highest pay you’ll get from these dice is 80X (for the cubes with 5 or 6 dots). The other dice symbols pay 40X.

There are three more special symbols, two of which have Chinese symbols. The third one is a star symbol. I may have described them as special symbols, but they really don’t do much. The game doesn’t have any bonus mini-game or free spins. All you’ll get from the special symbols are higher payouts.

In my experience, most of your wins will be from the main dice symbols.

The only feature in Always Hot Cubes is the gamble option. As long as your winnings haven’t reached the gamble limit, you’ll be allowed to gamble them. For this side game, you have to pick between red and black cards. If you’re right, the game will double your reward, and you might even get many more chances of gambling the new prize. As you might expect, I was able to pick the right card about half the time.

I found Always Hot Cubes extremely easy to play. Just adjust the betting lines (1 to 5) and select the size of your bet per line. You can then push the play button. It was much easier for me to use the auto-spin function, even though it doesn’t have additional settings.

To sum up, Always Hot Cubes offers a basic slot experience. Its design is quite boring, and the soundtrack was outright irritating for me. The redeeming thing in the game is its gamble feature. You won’t find any bonuses in this game, and this greatly limited the profits I could generate in the game.
