Plinko Empire: Drop Golden Balls and Let Anubis Grant up to 6,000x Rewards

Anubis guards the golden pins inside Jilli’s Plinko Empire, carrying cash prizes and jackpots. Each bet gives you five balls to throw down the board and win up to 200x pot prizes, up to 6x multipliers, respins, and a bonus wheel carrying cash prizes and jackpots up to 6,000x returns. But I have some issues that I need to mention upfront. 

As with any Plinko game, there is no grid and no paylines, only reward boxes waiting at the bottom of the pyramid. Each time a ball lands in a reward box, you receive that payout. There are 14 reward boxes and one zero-reward box. You can choose to drop anywhere between 5 and 100 balls per round.

Unlike slots, winning didn’t take me multiple bets here. The real question is how much you win compared to how much you spend. For the sake of testing, I used 10 balls per round, costing 10x my bet each time, and my average return came out between 6x and 7x my bet.

You can also choose the volatility level before dropping the balls. During normal and high volatility, most of my balls surprisingly ended up in the zero-reward box. My highest base game win came during low volatility, and it was only 2x my bet.

I never managed to land any balls in the higher-paying boxes across all three volatility levels. That said, I did land a single ball in the spin box once while testing high volatility and won 131x my bet, thanks to the progressive minor jackpot.

By that point, my bankroll was already deep in the red, so the win did not bring the relief I was hoping for. Overall, Plinko Empire turned out to be an unprofitable experience for me. It was not good for my bankroll or my peace of mind, especially when there are more rewarding options available below.
