First of all… I  absolutely loved that each button had a little pop-up description when I hovered over it. Talk about user friendly! We have a really cute and intuitive interface, suitable for beginners as well.

I appreciated the background and the drawing style as well. I am a fan of things like this, and I like slots that also tell a story. But that’s it… I would really have liked to know more about the story itself… I can see a girl resembling Red Riding Hood, but… what about the other symbols? Why do we have ravens, bats, horses? Where are we, after all? However, this is not a con for me. I like the theme. And did I mention the sound effects? They are a great fit as well. 

So, I just started spinning… and started spinning… and kept spinning… until I got pretty disappointed. Almost all my spins were dull. So I started counting the spins, maybe I got to 15 or 16. But the respins feature triggered. I kept collecting lightning bolts, so it took some time. My surprise was when the lightning bolts were revealed - I had two Mini jackpot wins, along with a 160.00 win and some smaller ones. Therefore, I made a win of 216.00 with a bet of 1.60.

But after the bonus, things were pretty much the same - the base game is really, really, unprofitable and it gets boring, to be honest. During a few minutes, I only got a 18.00 win with the same small bet, so I kept going, until I realized that I probably wouldn’t make any other significant win, so I stopped.

Moral of the story? Stay in for the bonus feature. Hope you will trigger it, as it was really lucrative for me. But don’t trust the base game.
