This is a five-reel, three-row slot where Hades himself stands beside the grid, guarding the reels. With 20 fixed paylines, the game leans toward high volatility. The RTP, however, sits on the lower side at 95%. Along with regular symbols, the grid also carries jackpot symbols that have the most potential to deliver bigger payouts.

During my playthrough, landing wins wasn’t very frequent. I was seeing hits roughly every 8 to 9 spins, with average returns around 4x to 5x my bet. Occasionally, the base game pushed higher, showing wins around 9x and 8x, while my highest base game hit reached 18x my bet.

To trigger the bonus round, you’ll need six or more coin symbols to activate the Hold and Win feature. It took me more than 50 spins to reach this round. I saw several jackpot symbols pass through the grid, but none of them stuck during my session. The feature ended with a 34x return on my bet, thanks to the wilds.

Alongside the bonus round, there is also a pick-and-win mini game. During the base game, a Cerberus may randomly appear on the screen. You pick one of the heads to receive a mystery reward. I triggered this feature six times across roughly 200 spins, though all rewards stayed below 10x my bet. Nothing major, but it gave small boosts in the bankroll.

There is no Bonus Buy option, so you’ll rely entirely on the core game mechanics to reach the bonus round. I managed to leave Hades Realm of Fortune with a small profit, but the mix of high volatility and a lower RTP is not the most comfortable setup for longer sessions.
