Alright, so I took a spin on Extra Wild by Merkur Gaming, and I am here to give the full scope. Ready? I am telling you it’s not necessarily pretty.

So, in terms of graphics, they're like a blast from the past. The symbols are okay, but nothing too fancy. It's like they tried to keep it simple, but maybe a bit too simple for my taste. The colors are alright, but there's nothing that really pops or grabs your attention.

Now, moving on to the features, because I know pretty much all of you want to know what’s what. Extra Wild is all about simplicity. No fancy animations or mind-blowing Bonus Rounds. Just a basic 5-reel setup with 10 paylines. The Wild symbol is a golden safe, which is supposed to bring some excitement. 

But honestly, it felt a bit lackluster. I was hoping for more action, maybe a few Free Spins or a Bonus Game to spice things up. It's missing that "wow" factor, if you ask me. Oh, it does have a Gamble feature, but that does too little to elevate the game. 

Pros? Well, it's easy to understand. You don't need a PhD in slot machines to get the hang of it. If you're into straightforward gameplay without too much fuss, Extra Wild might appeal to you. The betting range is decent too, so you can keep it low-key or go all in if you're feeling lucky. 

Cons? The lackluster graphics are a definite drawback. In a world where visually stunning slots are the norm, Extra Wild feels like it missed the memo. Also, as I already said, the fact that it doesn’t have any other features except that Wild symbol, is pretty much a no no in my book. And I believe that the vast majority of slot players out here would agree with me. 

So in a nutshell, Extra Wild is like the plain white bread of slot games. It won't make you spit it out in disgust, but it won't have you singing its praises either. I guess it can be an option if you are looking for a no-nonsense slot experience, but if you want something that'll really get your heart racing, you might want to keep looking.
