Simple and sweet, that is the idea behind Sweet Fortune by NeoGames. Inside the patisserie, a five-column grid shifts between two and six symbols. That setup transforms with every spin, and sometimes takes a narrow, lopsided shape, but the 5,000x ceiling stays invariable.

Six, seven, and sometimes eight-ingredient symbols could have gone as far as 1x to 1.6x my bet in the base game. If those did not occur often, and they did not, my balance wouldn’t like the math. What I really appreciated was the Wild wrapper or the Bonus Round.

Out of sight, out of mind. I saw three progressive jackpots, Epic, Major, and Minor, only above the cabinet, as options. The wheel from the Bonus Round is the only door to those, and since my candy boxes never showed up in threes, that door stayed locked.

Overall, I do not mind a slot with fewer features, and I do not mind bad luck. What I do mind is a session that was neither sweet nor fortunate. I just couldn’t rely on a single feature to help.
