The game is played on a 3x5 grid with 15 paylines and, besides the basic symbols, features a Thunder collector coin, with its upgraded version, the Multicoin. Both of these coins land on the second reel and collect the cash values of the basic coins, ranging from 1x to 8x the total bet. Every time a coin collects, it can trigger the Hold and Spin bonus feature.

For a medium-high volatile slot, the base game payouts did not surprise me. I got to win mostly 0.50x and 1x payouts every few spins, occasionally hitting the Thunder Coin to collect for me. This helped me sustain my balance, with 3x and 4x wins a few times. 

After activating the 1.5x Double Chance extra bet, I soon triggered the Hold and Spin game, and let me tell you, this is the backbone of the slot. After 40 or so spins, I got the Thunder bonus. I received four Thundercoins that hold positions on the second reel and collected the coins’ values from the first and third reels. After collecting the Minor Jackpot of 30x once, I got a nice 197x payout out of it. 

The second time, I triggered the game with the Multicoin bonus, the upgraded version of the Thundercoin. During the Multicoin bonus game, the coin multiplies the value of the valued coins randomly from 2x to 20x my bet. Even if I did not manage to hit the jackpot coins this time, I still cashed out a 124x win. 

Overall, even though the base game didn’t really provide, the Hold and Spin game was quite good in my books. The Multicoin and Thundercoin were good features that helped me amplify the payouts and kept my wallet green.
