Plinko Beyond: Walk Towards the Intergalactic Gateway for Up to 15,000x Rewards

Deep in outer space, RTG has launched its latest creation, Plinko Beyond. In the darkness of the cosmos stands a strange path leading toward a portal to another world, built with either 12 or 16 rows, depending on your preference. Somewhere along this intergalactic route, there’s a 15,000x max win, and I had to find out what lies beyond.

There are no paylines, reels, or symbols to match here. Every round results in a payout of some kind; the question is whether it ends up being better than your wager. The game has three different ball types. The low-risk ball costs 1x your bet, the medium-risk ball costs 2x your bet. And the high-risk ball, which holds the most win potential and access to the bonus feature, costs 3x your bet.

Since the first two options cannot trigger the bonus round, I went for the high-risk mode. The reward structure is split into three stages. The first stage has payouts of up to 50x your bet, the second goes up to 140x, while the third can reach 300x your bet.

I selected 25 balls per round, the maximum available. Most of the time, my returns landed somewhere between 18x and 20x, which wasn't exactly inspiring considering the cost involved. In fact, throughout my session, I never managed to land anything higher than a 6x multiplier on a single ball.

It took me nearly 80 rounds to trigger the random bonus feature. Here, the game can award up to 100 additional balls. In my case, I received 13 balls in total and finished the bonus round with a 41x return. Neither too bad, nor too good. 

Plinko Beyond is another variation of the classic ball-drop formula, and, truthfully, I've never been a huge fan of this style of game. No matter how attractive the top prizes look, the balls always seem to fall on the smallest multipliers on the board. When it comes to chasing high payouts and exciting bonus features, I'd personally take a well-designed slot over a Plinko game any day of the week.
