Gemblitz Bonanza Deluxe: An Ideal Slot for Players After Unconventional Gameplay

Gemblitz Bonanza Deluxe is a gem-themed online slot that works differently from most others. It looks like a standard slot game thanks to its 5x3 grid and symbols, though there aren’t any paylines or other standard win mechanics in play.

You can only win by playing the respin round or landing Claim Win symbols. These collect values of symbols that land in the same position for a number of spins, then pay a percentage of the total.

During my playthrough, I won a handful of times during the base game thanks to the Claim Wins feature. One of my payouts was very small, while another was pretty high at 35x my bet.

The respin feature didn’t trigger on its own for me, though there was the option to buy it, which I took advantage of. The cost of doing this was 93x my bet, and my total payout from the feature was 77x.

I enjoyed the round thanks to the enhancers that boosted my payouts, namely the 2x multipliers. There were others, such as collectors and jackpot prizes, though none of these landed on the reels. 

One thing I should point out is that the respin feature came close to triggering quite a few times during the base game. There were many spins where four out of five symbols landed on the middle row (I needed five for the round to begin).

Having played Gemblitz Bonanza Deluxe, I wouldn’t rush to play it again. I appreciate that it does things a bit differently, but I found it too unreliable and too hard to earn some payouts. The two ways of winning didn’t trigger often enough for me to have a decent chance of making money.
