RTG GREEN LIGHT SLOT REVIEW
Racing has always been a subject of fascination to us and it’s not hard to see why - beautiful girls, fast cars and adrenaline-fueled races are the right ingredients for a great time. Racing has been the main theme of famous movies, TV series, songs and even video slots. Released in 2007 by developer RTG, Green Light will satisfy even the most die-hard adrenaline junkies. So start your engines and may the best gambler win!

Green Light is a progressive slot with 5 reels and 20 paylines that runs on Flash, meaning it’s playable on both PC and mobile devices. It also comes with a free demo version that you can try right on this page. If you want to win real money and even withdraw those wins, you’ll have to start betting real money in our Real Money Slots section.

HOW TO PLAY THE GREEN LIGHT SLOT
This 5 x 3 reel setup offers you all the adrenaline you might need and more. As you’ve probably guessed the main theme is car racing, the interface, the symbols and even the letters are done using the same theme, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. The betting range is rather small, making this slot perfect for a newbie - it starts at $0.20 and ends at $5.

The symbols are all related to the car racing universe, all bright and colorful. You’ll see the classic playing cards symbols on the lower-paying side of things (9, 10, J, Q, K and A), a car trophy and a champagne bottle on the medium-paying side and a beautiful blonde woman and a car on the high-paying side of things. You’ll also have some special symbols but we’ll discuss more about those later.

GREEN LIGHT SLOT FEATURES

• Wild symbols. The Wild symbol is represented by the driver and it will replace any other symbol on the reels except for the Scatter. It will also double any wins it’s a part of, while being the highest-paying symbol in the base game. He’ll give you a whooping 10.000 coins for 5 on an active payline.

• Scatter symbol. The Scatter symbol is represented by the green light (of course) and it can’t be replaced by the Wild. Three or more Scatters will trigger the bonus round which, in turn will trigger the Free Spins. We promise it’s not that complicated once we get to it.

• Green Light Racing feature. The Green Light Racing feature is triggered as soon as you land three or more Scatters in the same spin. You’ll get to choose from the five cars displayed and you’ll get to watch it race for the highest number of free spins.

• Free Spins feature. Depending on the place your car finished in, you’ll get 25, 20, 15, 10, or 5 free spins respectively. If your chosen car finishes first or second, another race will be triggered, offering you the chance to earn even more free spins.

• Multiplier feature. The multiplier also depends on the place your car finishes in. That being said, you’ll get a 100, 50, 25, 10, or 5 times your total stake respectively.

• Autoplay feature. You can use the Autoplay feature to have the reels spin themselves for you, based on the conditions you set.

All in all, this slot is really fun and exciting, especially given the theme. We don’t think there’s one human being on this planet who doesn’t think racing games are fun. And if such a being exists, you’ll only have to show them this slot to change their mind! With its old-timey yet endearing graphics and the possibility to win big without spending a fortune, Green Light has definitely received the green light from us!
